Nextaff joins Inc. Magazine’s Top 500; credits growing demand for outsourced workforce strategy solutions for rapid growth and expansion

Nextaff, an Overland Park, Kansas-based workforce strategy and human resources company was recently included in Inc. Magazine’s Top 500 Fastest-Growing Companies, appearing at number 280 on this prestigious list.

Nextaff is a franchisor of workforce strategy services currently serving eight metropolitan areas, with aggressive growth plans for 2012 including an expansion of marketed services.

According to Nextaff CEO Cary Daniel, cautious business owners across the nation turned to outsourced human resources providers as they began to rehire workers in 2010 and 2011.  “These companies now want much more than simply staffing companies to augment their human resources needs. They are seeking advisors to help them navigate workplace regulations, health care and risk concerns within their business,” said Daniel.
